CRAIG WOOD has had a long association with Gore Verbinski. He served as the editor on Verbinski's feature films "Mouse Hunt" and "The Mexican," and also collaborated with the director on more than a dozen commercials, including the Clio Award-winning Budweiser "Frogs." Wood also edited Verbinski's 1996 short film "The Ritual," and his video for the group Monster Magnet, "Negasonic Teenage Warhead."

His additional credits include Bronwen Hughes' romantic comedy "Forces of Nature," starring Sandra Bullock and Ben Affleck, Alex Proyas' 1986 feature film "Spirits of the Air, Gremlins of the Clouds," and the film "Highway," for director James Cox.

Born in Sydney, Australia, Wood began his career at age 19 as an assistant editor in the documentary department at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation television network before moving into music video and commercial work. He worked with video director Stephane Sednaoui on the Smashing Pumpkins' "Today," Bjork's "Big Time Sensuality," Fiona Apple's "Sleep to Dream," Garbage's "Milk," and Tina Turner's "Whatever You Want." For Australian director Keir McFarlane, he edited Tom Petty's "Last Dance for Mary Jane," UB40's "Bring Me Your Cup," Janet Jackson's "Anytime, Anyplace" and "Twenty Foreplay," and Kylie Minogue's "Put Yourself in My Place" and "Where Is the Feeling."
